As proud UK manufacturers, we operate to rigorous ISO quality standards, ensuring that every product we deliver meets the highest expectations for safety, performance, and reliability. From design to delivery, our commitment to quality is driven by a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
World Quality Week 2025 reminds us of the transformative power of a strong quality ethos.
We believe:
We’re proud to celebrate this week - working to raise the bar for quality in everything we do.
We’re honoured to have received a beautiful plaque from the World Firefighters Games, recognising our support of the legendary Toughest Firefighter Alive (TFA) competition.
The +AS ASL7 ladders are now the official standard for the TFA events, including the prestigious “World’s Toughest Firefighters Alive” competition held every two years. Knowing our equipment is helping elite firefighters push their limits is something we’re truly proud of.
A huge thank you to the WFG team for this recognition, to John Hartley who took time out of their busy schedule to present to our MD David Plant - and a special mention to Stuart Higgins, whose support was instrumental in making this happen.
At Supply Plus, we’re committed to helping firefighters train, compete, and stay safe with the very best equipment.
Supply Plus is proud to support Michael Madsen, Chairman of Emergency One, as he takes part in The Islay Sessions - a heartfelt music festival run by The Fraser Shaw Trust, taking place from 7th to 9th November on the beautiful Isle of Islay.
This inspiring event raises funds for Multiple Sclerosis Societies and Scottish Traditional Arts, causes close to many hearts. As part of the festivities, the team is organising a raffle and tombola, with all proceeds going directly to the charities.
We’re honoured to play a small part in supporting this meaningful initiative.
We’re proud to be supporting Circus Starr again!
Giving back to our community means the world to us — and that’s why we’re thrilled to support Circus Starr, a not-for-profit organisation bringing the joy of a sensory circus to children and families who need it most.
Their inclusive, accessible shows are specially designed for children with additional needs or those going through tough times - right here in Cambridge. It’s a magical, judgement-free space where every child can laugh, move, and simply be themselves.
This year we are also providing sensory boxes so our sponsored attendees can prepare in advance for the sights, sounds, and experiences of the sensory circus. This helps the children’s carers gradually introduce elements of the show to the children, so they do not get overwhelmed during the performance. This is more than just entertainment — it’s a chance to make a real difference.

A special thank you to Adam Ruck of Project-A International for his insightful presentation on AdBlue®.
Thanks to all involved in making the day a success!

We are delighted to announce that we have completed a Management Buy Out (MBO) of Supply Plus Limited effective from the 1st April 2019 to create a position where the
complete ownership of the business is now 100% with the senior management team and fully UK based.

Outside our primary UK market we have exported to over 40 countries in the past 12 months with our UK team of over 60 staff.
We now expect to embark upon a further period of stability and critical focus on our core customers to deliver their immediate requirements.
The MBO team are:
This is an exciting step forward as part of a continuing journey for our business.
We face new challenges as we move forward to further increase quality, synchronise our lead times to match those required in specific sectors, refine our existing products
and complete the development of a range of new products already well underway.
We can see many transformational changes that will be required to meet our markets evolving needs; to achieve this we need to be even more aligned to our customers to
provide the correct solutions.
‘We pride ourselves not only on our innovation but also our adaptability and determination,’ Derek Gotts explains. ‘A business that stands still can expect less satisfied customers and more aggressive competition; which is why we seek to expand our products and services, along with our own team and their knowledge’
