We are delighted to announce that we have completed a Management Buy Out (MBO) of Supply Plus Limited effective from the 1st April 2019 to create a position where the
complete ownership of the business is now 100% with the senior management team and fully UK based.
Supply Plus Limited manufacture a range of products, from our Cambridge UK base, primarily for the Fire & Rescue, Fuel Delivery and Cable management markets under the AS Fire & Rescue, Collins Youldon and Bayley brands.
Outside our primary UK market we have exported to over 40 countries in the past 12 months with our UK team of over 60 staff.
We now expect to embark upon a further period of stability and critical focus on our core customers to deliver their immediate requirements.

- Karen Hull Compliance Director
This is an exciting step forward as part of a continuing journey for our business.
We face new challenges as we move forward to further increase quality, synchronise our lead times to match those required in specific sectors, refine our existing products
and complete the development of a range of new products already well underway.
We can see many transformational changes that will be required to meet our markets evolving needs; to achieve this we need to be even more aligned to our customers to
provide the correct solutions.
